With 22 years of experience supporting diverse individuals—ranging from street-entrenched youth and youth in care to those navigating mental health and developmental challenges—my journey has been one of deep learning, growth, and transformation.

Over the years, I’ve gained profound insights and wisdom that extend beyond my professional life, enriching my personal path as well. My true passion lies in helping others navigate life’s challenges, including parenting, single parenting, relationships, trauma, addiction, and recovery. I approach this work holistically, weaving together conventional methods with spiritual practices to guide individuals toward their higher selves and true purpose.

In addition to my coaching expertise, I offer spiritual training and meditation guidance to empower others in cultivating inner peace, clarity, and self-discovery. My goal is to assist you in aligning with your pure will and living a life of authenticity, fulfillment, and growth.
